► Practice Schedule & Expectations

Practice Days & Times:
• Mon, Tue, Thu @ 5:30 PM: U of M Memorial Fieldhouse Track
• Saturdays @ 9:00 AM: Shelby Farms Visitor Center
Required Gear: Yoga mat, jump rope, water bottle (32oz+), proper running shoes with solid support, and event spikes.
Weather Attire: Layered warm-ups mandatory for cooler weather practice sessions.
Athlete Mindset: Focus, punctuality, active listening, and supporting teammates are required at every session.

Registration Fee: $350

*Note: Individual meet entry fees and travel/hotel costs are billed separately per event.

► Uniforms & Gear

Competition Kit: Official team uniform distributed prior to the first competition. Mandatory for all meets.
Practice Attire: No specific practice uniform required—athletes must wear weather-appropriate athletic gear.

► Parent Opportunities

Equipment Assistance: Help set up, move, and manage team training gear during practice and meets.
Media Support: Assist with recording video and taking photos of athletes and coaches during events.
